Another opportunity arose to provide a new remote storage facility near to our Limes and Maple 1 Unit’s. As it is located on the same road as Maple 1, it became Maple 2. Around 5 months of construction work later and we were open!
With it being situated just off Penge High Street, this fantastic location was ideal for a smaller selection of unit sizes. This is due to it being surrounded by mostly flats and small businesses, many of these residents do not drive as there is excellent public transport links and not much free parking. So, for them to have their items securely stored within a short walk has been extremely convenient.
Operationally this site works very similar to Maple 1 and we manage the 3 sites collectively from Limes Unit.
