Another opportunity arose to provide a new remote storage facility near to our Limes and Maple 1 Unit’s. As it is located on the same road as Maple 1, it became Maple 2. Around 5 months of construction work later and we were open!
Once word got out the customers began to come through the doors and kept on coming. Impressed by the clean, well-lit, secure facility, along with the personal touch and helpful advice provided by our team.
On 1st November 2015 after over 2 years of construction the Limes Avenue facility finally opens. High on security, on top of CCTV and intruder alarms this site features a pin code operated sliding door to gain access, plus every unit is individually alarmed.
Whilst building work was still underway on the main facility there was an opportunity to create a smaller, remote site that could work alongside the Limes Unit upon its completion. This warehouse was a basic shell and in relatively good condition.
The start of the journey began with the purchase of what would become the Limes Unit facility. This old and dated warehouse would need extensive building work to bring it up to standard but bursting with enthusiasm the work began.
