The start of the journey began with the purchase of what would become the Limes Unit facility. This old and dated warehouse would need extensive building work to bring it up to standard but bursting with enthusiasm the work began.
This would involve demolition of the back of the building and rebuilding two-storey to high standard with security a focal point in design.
The entire building would be strengthened and cladded in “Bonny Blue”, staircases moved, floorings laid and a complete refurbishment from top to bottom.
